flats of my beutiful wife🤤🤤🤤🤤
I don't really get what all the hype around Quentin is about when literal Benjy just e x i s t s I mean don't get me wrong Quentin is an amazing character but I find Benjy way more touching in his impossible quest for innocence, somehow I feel like he is quite close to Jason based on the fact that they are both sort of "overlooked" upon by the other characters it's like nobody really get them and I feel that and idk Benjy's way of narrating is just so sincere so simple and vivid I just... idk it didn't felt that way with the other characters also this attachment or should I say EXCESSIVE attachment towards childhood is somehow what got me, the desire of not growing up, of things wanting to stay the same and most importantly PEOPLE wanting to stay the same ( e.i. Caddy ) is something that speaks to me on a certain level
character aesthetics: Quentin & Caddy Compson
“If it could just be a hell beyond that: the clean flame the two of us more than dead. Then you will have only me then only me then the two of us amid the pointing and the horror beyond the clean flame… Only you and me amid the pointing and the horror walled by the clean flame.”
― William Faulkner, The Sound and the Fury
The Sound and the Fury modern AU where Caroline Bascomb is a transphobic mother who refuses to support Caddy after the fallout with Herbert because of his queerness
