My old Logitech m325 Mouse (white) is just not responding well enough to inputs anymore. I've noticed my third button click on the scroll wheel was inconsistent. Taking it apart I see that it's a micro switch that I cannot just clean.
The white one is the older one with the older Logitech logo from the 2010s, the newer one has the current branding and is no longer marked as a second generation device. It's slightly smaller and the scroll wheel has a much different feel to it. The receiver unit doesn't seem to have the icon for unified USB devices either.
The rubberized components of the old mouse have gone sticky over the years as well.
C'est la vie, these are the woes of drafting in the 21c.
