cae's pretty willing to change any physical features he has to fit MC's preferences! he doesn't hold much attachment to himself and does not pay much mind to his physical appearance

him inferring MC's preferences and changing himself to fit them, and MC going out of their way to ask him to change something about himself are two completely different things in his mind though ^^;

if MC has to ask him directly to change himself, he'd be a little bothered by it — not in a way where it's like "how dare you ask this of me???" but more like "you really dislike this part of me that much?" he might be a little gloomy after the request for a few days, but he'd get over it eventually (maybe) (maybe not actually) (he's a sensitive guy) (please go easy on him)

funnily enough, he'd be happier about MC asking him to mutilate himself over them asking him to dye his hair (???)

he'd actually be really happy if MC asked him to gouge out his eye for them or cut off one of his limbs for them 😭 views this as less of a rejection of his appearance and more as a proclamation of love and an act of service

YES ABSOLUTELY!!! im so happy you asked 🥺🫶

some miscellaneous thoughts about him:

aside from being a courier, he is also a student! he majors in earth science at the university you attend (if you're in university) or at the university closest to you (if you're not in university)

when it comes to his studies, he is more than diligent! studies hard so he can spend an adequate amount of time watching you :) on top of being a good student, he is also well-liked by most of his peers! he's very good at telling people what they want to hear it's not necessarily something he enjoys doing though; it really irritates him whenever he has to interact with someone else aside from the player for too long

in public environments, he will always try to make his personality far more bubbly and upbeat than it actually is. he likes the feeling of being trusted and/or looked down upon by someone :) gives him an easy point of leverage

he has piercings!!! he hides them with his hair because he doesn't think they fit congruently with his whole appearance — however, he would be more than willing to show them to you if you asked!! for those curious: these piercings include two helix piercings and a lobe piercing :) all very tame stuff (for now)

he's actually internally a very deeply violent and angry person! it really does not take a lot to make him mad 😭 (when it comes to people aside from the player) usually the type to seethe quietly but still possess enough self control to not flip out for someone — however, if it gets to the point where he's killing someone, then he's way too far gone to possess any sort of critical thinking skills LMAO loses basically all of the qualities about him that make him calculating and careful in these moments; will always end up very bloody and messy ^^;
