We often hear about the improvement that our area needs. However, less often do we hear concrete suggestions how to do it. Which facilities do you think are of greater importance to the town and its citizens?
The first opinion to consider is a car park, which would reduce the number of cars parked all over the city. People park their cars in places for disabled people and on the pavement. This makes it difficult for pedestrians to walk, especially for mothers with prams. It's high time this stopped and cars parked in the right places. On the other hand, many individuals don't own cars and use the public transport, for example, which means they will not benefit from car parks.
Traffic has always been a major problem for people in big cities. How much time will pass till someone comes up with a possible solution?

Undoubtedly, both a sport centre and a car park would be of substantial importance to our area. They would both contribute immensely to respectively the health of the residents and alleviating the situation with parking. But the question is which one is needed more.
To begin with, a sport centre would make happy the youngsters in our neighbourhood. They are the ones who are mainly attracted to such places. However, it would be of use not only to them. The new facilities could bring about improving the health of children and adults, as well, and keeping them fit and in good shape. Also, elderly people could benefit from a sport centre by joining clubs and activities appropriate for their age.
