Cafe Himawari blend from Cafe Himawari. Blend of Brazil and Indonesian beans. . Fragrance of coffee is savory. Aroma has hints of fruit. Full-bodied coffee! There's fruity notes and leaves a zesty after taste. Mouthfeel is a bit dry as the coffee leaves the mouth. . Fruity nuances become pronounced at the 5th minute. . Earthy with bits of zest nuances appear at around 15 minutes. Coffee is still good! . This is a complex blend for me. I like this!
