Rain-Soaked Nostalgia at Penny Lane Bakery in Tochigi・雨に包まれた那須・ペニーレーンベーカリーの静かな時間

After a photowalk at the Kinomata River with my border collie, Dale-chan, we stopped by Penny Lane; a Beatles-themed bakery tucked into lush greenery in Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.

The rain never let up, but the wet wooden benches, glowing amber street lamps, and quiet garden atmosphere gave the place a calm, nostalgic charm. Inside, Beatles music played amid walls filled with memorabilia, while outside everything shimmered softly in the rain.

朝イチで頂きました。

生クリームが溶けちゃうよ～と

ふたりで焦りつつ。

焼き……だからてっきり熱々なのかと思っていたら

なんと冷たい焼きりんご

よく見てみると

林檎に細かい穴が開いていて

ここから美味しい味がしみしみに。

ちょっと寡黙なマスターに

ちょっと遠慮しがちに撮らせて頂く。

モーニング時間に焼きりんごとブレンドのセット

ごちそうさまでした^^*
