Deidra normally wasn’t one to drop in on people without giving a heads up of some sort. Do unto others what you would want done unto you, that type of thing. But this time she felt like surprising Kaden, maybe give him a nice and relaxing evening after a hard day at work...
Knowing he hadn’t made it home yet, the blonde used the key he’d given her to get into his apartment, setting her heels by the door so he would know she was there and heading toward his room. She would have entirely missed that there was someone else already there had she not caught movement in the corner of her eye.
