"As I experience certain sensory input patterns, my mental pathways become accustomed to them. Your inputs are anticipated and even missed when absent." / @cahaaya.
the first thing to occur to angela is just how strange of a compliment that seems. it’s said in such a matter-of-fact, but gentle tone— something echo has considerable experience in. angela’s brows furrow at the omnic, &. then lift— it’s a strange enough comment that the doctor’s unsure how she feels about it.
“have.. you been analyzing me without my knowledge, echo?” it’s the only thing that comes to mind, but even then, angela’s not even sure that’s what she means. sensory input patterns, mental pathways? why are her inputs anticipated?
&. why are they missed?
“you miss them.” there’s a trace of interest in angela’s voice as she repeats the words back to her, curious but aware enough of echo to know she means exactly what was said.
“why, exactly?”
