Slams her hand into the wall next to Fafnir’s head.

“Look, you keep running away when you see me, and that just feels shitty, dude. If you have a problem with me, tell me.” Maybe slamming her hand into the wall next to his head isn’t the best way to get on his good side, but. “Did I do something to you? At least give me a chance to make it up to ya. Something. Or tell me to fuck off, that’s fine, too.”

she walks through novum chaldea’s corridors, a hand gliding over the wall. cold. it felt terribly cold. something about modern buildings irked her. they seemed too sterile, to clean. in troy, she had been able to trace back where human hands had touched and formed structures. it had felt more lively and personal. not that there is much she can do about that, in this timeline here, the ‘proper’ one she had never received the help necessary to defend her home. so why mourn for something that no longer stood?

and besides, cassandra is not here to lament over that lostbelt. she is here to help the master, something in her admiring the way they so stubbornly clung to their erased world. maybe because in a sense she is the same... and then of course she is here for them, for that one loyal soul, the one person who would have never betrayed her and in return was betrayed by her by being forced to retreat to safety... she would probably be in trouble for that.

despite knowing that she still looks for them, partly because she can hardly believe that douman would even allow themselves to be summoned. but there is no mistaking them when she does find them, back turned to her. for a moment she simply watches before finally clearing her voice and speaking.

“what a disappointment of a servant you turned out to be. your oh so beloved queen gets summoned and you are not even in the room to greet me. don’t tell me you’ve thrown away your loyalty to me already?” it’s not as if ritsuka had planned to summon her and could have told the other alter ego, but what other way could cassandra even greet them? if she cried and rushed towards them for a hug she might never hear the end of that...

Adelha turns around to walk right up to the clown and lean up so they are almost nose to nose. “Douman. Do I need to have you find something for your idle hands to do instead of cause everyone more trouble? I can come up with many tasks you might assist me with if you have no actual work to see to.”

Frowning which seemed the default expression of his, he barely spared a glance to simply ask, “Have you seen my sister?” He wasn’t sure why he was asking them but who knew who might have seen her past by.

     WOLF? DID FAFNIR DEEM himself greater than a God-King? Of course he did. This ancient and greedy dragon would naturally deem all forms of life beneath him, perhaps gods included in that equation. Such arrogance and pride was not unheard of when it came to Fafnir's kind. He scoffed at the very notion of being a 'wolf'. This statement should be leaving HIS mouth instead of theirs. ❝I can see you are in a very good mood today, Greedy Dragon. Surely there is little purpose in your constant hoarding of everything. Even in Chaldea you seem to still wish to continue with your ridiculous possessive tendencies.❞ He probably laid claim to the entirety of this building, everyone in it included. ❝You must have some limit somewhere in there.❞ Right? Ah...maybe that was a ridiculous question considering this one's legend and how they twisted and turned into the beast they were now. ❝Besides, everything the sun touches belongs to me. I only allow you to have things.❞
