don’t know whether it was real or a dream

While I’m cool with this season at this point and it seems like some of the purpose of this season is to tie up some bullshit from Sam and Dean’s pasts... I kinda, sorta, hella miss dark!Dean.
I know I shouldn’t. I know the whole mark of Cain, then demon, then mark of Cain, then darkness storyline was supposed to teach Dean to chill the fuck out a little as far as his natural darkness goes, but.... it’s awesome though.
Chuck [to Lucifer]: The Mark [of Cain] didn’t change you. It just made you more what you already were.
I feel like this is very important, for Dean in s9 and s10. It means that Dean, with the Mark of Cain, was himself too. His faults under the Mark’s influence are still his.
Thank you, Show. I love Dean to pieces, but this was important to say. :)
