v“Well, hello dear caller! Now that is a fun challenge. For the sake of time, I will rate the Victors who were reaped. Starting with...
District 1: Andy Thane. Somewhere around a ten. He would be an eleven if were younger, maybe even a twelve.
District 2: Soloman Cain. Eleven or Twelve. I still haven’t decided if he’s lost his edge. But, still, even without his edge, he’s a lethal tribute.
District 3: Isaac Dayta. He scores relatively high, perhaps a seven or eight? He’s not particularly strong or fast, but if he can get those brilliant hands on any gadgetry at all, he can be seriously dangerous.
District 4: Kestrel Kaif. Perhaps not as flashy a Victor as her District Mates, she still scores roughly an eight or nine for her determination, and her brains.
District 5: Easton Wellwood. He scores a solid seven. He was wily and cruel during his Games when he was only seventeen. Now that he has size on his side, he may prove far more lethal now.
District 6: Jay Mercury. Somewhere around a five, I think. He’s smart and definitely someone you should let run off, but he isn’t much of a fighter, and we’ve all seen his tricks before.
District 7: Amur Bois. About a seven or an eight, I think. He’s very unpredictable, and it seems he’s just itching to get into the arena. Actually, I’ll bump him up to a nine.
District 8: [no named tributes yet]
District 9: Tweed Richter. Oh, how I would like to score her highly, but I just can’t. I give her a six or seven. She has all the brutality and thirst for blood you like to see in a tribute, but she’s much smaller, and not very smart.
District 10: Everett Andreas. He certainly isn’t going to go down without a fight, but this boy ranks about a five or six for me, and mostly because you can’t count out that much rage.
District 11: Reed McPhee. A bit of a surprise for his District, but he ranks a solid seven. He has a temper, and he is no slouch.
District 12: Taren Vosk. Sweetheart though she is, she’s going to be on the low end for me, perhaps a five. She did not have many kills in her Games, and this time she won’t have the benefit of being relatively unknown and forgettable.
