Okay, Macgyver 2016 Fandom... This is my first time participating in the Cairo Day prompt event(it's my first time posting any fanfic), though I have read plenty. I have 5/7 days done and almost certainly will have one more done by the beginning of the event. I think Saturday's prompt is still going to be in progress when we start.

I am a little... long-winded. The shortest finished story is still like 4000 words. Is it better for me to post the prompts on the days they belong, and just post Saturday after the event if it is unfinished, or to break some of the longer fics into chapters posted across multiple consecutive days, and spread the whole event out a few extra days to buy myself time?

Okay, Macgyver fans, I have a question.

This is a shot from Skull+Electromagnet. Jack is the ONLY one wearing a tactical vest. Cage isn't in this shot, but IIRC she wears one also.

ChatGPT says it's an intentional move by the writers to signal which characters are up for gunplay, and which have other strengths. Sure, technically.

But is there a STORY reason Mac never wears a tactical or bullet proof vest? AND, how much grief does Jack give him over that? As often as they're being shot at, you’d think it at least comes up.
