While she is loathe to admit it, Cait does get a bit homesick for Scotland; it's not a matter of missing her parents, though she will sometimes wishes that they had been more supported so that she could share Sprinkle Bitch's success, but instead a matter of missing all that Scotland was to her. She misses the accents, the weather, the colors, and the food--and yes the men in kilts-- and when she feels that way she tends to bake things with traditional flavors from home and stop trying to curb her accent; she tends to slip into Scottish Gaelic at times like this.
