Caiva, our protagonist, is a Genner, a term used to describe a generational human who has been genetically modified to have certain qualities. Genners are bred with specific jobs in mind, much like today's animal industry. The kingdom Palor is ruled by a royal family at the heart of its largest city, Layden.

I have a habit of starting stories and never finishing them. This makes me not want to begin to record my thoughts at all, because I know in the end it will be a waste of time.

But my mind refuses to stop creating. It refuses to stop telling itself stories. I sit around with ideas bumping into each other inside my head and then I have no choice but to write them down and get them out of there.

This is how I’ve ended up with Caiva Lún, so here we go again.
