Yesterday I was sitting at my office desk when my coworker was talking to me. When I had my head turned looking at him while he talked, my vision kinda went blurry and I felt a little weird. It was hard to focus on him and what he was saying. I had recently went up the staircase to get to my desk to finish up for the day. I simply shook it off because I didn't want to seem rude while my coworker was talking to me.
Today I decided to check my fitness watch to see the bpm. Yesterday at the time I had the weird experience, my bpm went up to 150 from being at 70 and then it dropped back down to around 70. I also had a couple of other spikes in my bpm chart earlier in the day yesterday.
