Not to mention a lovingly made cake with 'Happy birthday' written across the top in frosting. Someone's put a lot of care into that.

Setting down her paper at the desk, she spied the confectionery which sat invitingly on it's own, untouched by spoiled ravens who's dislike for sweets had been the only reason the cake had been left alone.

Although Mercy was usually quite adverse to indulging in certain luxuries that she deemed unhealthy, for this one time of the year, the Medic would make an exception.
