sweets paradise!
Its a cake buffet with chains all over - this one was in ginza or shibuya...hmm
Anyway - you go in and buy a ticket - we had no idea which button as its all Japanese a nice waiter came over to help us though.
You have a time limit but its something like 80 mins - then the aim is to eat as much as possible! They had all kinds of cakes, and I inhaled two platefuls in about 8 mins.
Man that cake was good. I had a strawberry shortcake, strawberry roll, 5 kinds of chocolate cakes and a lemon cake.
They do have main food there as well which is also buffet style, there is pasta, rice, soup, and the waiter will automatically bring you out a slice of pizza. After eating some pasta, rice, pizza and a prawn cracker I finished off with some ice cream.
They had sauces, red bean paste, some known things, jelly etc and cornflakes (they like this in their ice cream)
They also had a chocolate fondue with things for dipping like marshmallows We saw some girls get little coffee cups full of the chocolate sauce and eat it with a spoon!
To drink they had fizzy drinks, plain soda and syrup you could add, water, juice, teas and coffee.
It was pretty much heaven!

Was watching episode 2 of Lucky Seven and got up to the part where Eita's character Nitta and the researcher go and have lunch... at a dessert/cake buffet restuarant :) I wish there were cake buffets in my city! Now I'm having cravings of cake; chocolate mud cakes and cheesecakes to be precise. Deliciousss!
