These were so much work but I love them.

Don't ask me for a recipe because I came up with them on the fly since our oven wasn't working, so I decided to improvise a griddle-able sweet.

It's a cookie that's kind of cross between a pancake and a cake. My little brother nominated the name "Cake Cake"

So I'll be trying to decode my own recipe 😅
