These delicious and adorable cake pop cookies combine the flavors of cake and cookies into one delectable treat. Ideal for parties or a fun baking project with children!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/3 cup chocolate chips. 1/3 cup crumbled cake any flavor. 1/4 cup powdered sugar for coating.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and crumbled cake to the mixture. Mix well. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes. The cookies should be slightly firm to the touch. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
