Ingredients: 2 cups cake crumbs any flavor. 1/2 cup frosting vanilla or chocolate. 1 package white chocolate melting wafers. Christmas-themed sprinkles.
Instructions: Mix the frosting and cake crumbs thoroughly in a sizable bowl. Using a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the mixture into small balls. Once a lollipop stick has been inserted into each cake ball, freeze for fifteen minutes. Melt the white chocolate wafers as directed on the packaging. Evenly coat each cake pop by dipping it into the melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles with a Christmas theme. Reposition the decorated pops on the parchment paper to let the chocolate harden. These festive Christmas Pops de Noel are great served and enjoyed!
