What is your muse's motivation in their CT!verse? What drives them? What do they consider most important to them?

Cloud feels empty. He has working knowledge, but little else. It’s as if someone ripped-up all the emotional memories from him when he entered Asteros. His goal is to fill that void in himself.

The very first person he met in CT was Romulus, who promised him his memories back. Thanks to the primacy effect, Cloud trusted him utterly. Romulus has now been conflated with memory retrieval. He would do anything for him.

Even killing Tifa.

Maybe.

VILLAIN TALK! (If you're not a villain player, please compartmentalize your metagame knowledge after reading) Okay guys, Maria-mun and I are asking for your consent with a plot idea that will involve the revelation of Cloud's Wind shard and, potentially, faction. I am asking here because not all of us have Skype. We're thinking how cool it would be if Maria came into contact with an ambition-corrupted shard. Namely, the one powering the ship they're on in Pie in the Sky. Maybe its negativity will warp with her memories to form a manikin? Whatever the case, Maria will realize the Levistone is high magic stuff, and the conclusion that Cloud is either a rebel or villain will be much easier to reach for those not in the know if Maria goes public with that info. Or something else might happen (Cloud may crash the ship to hide the evidence. He won't kill Maria. He'll deal with Leon and Ashe's anger later). We'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Does this sound good to y'all? We will not move with this game-changing reveal unless we have your okays. In the mean time, the above pic is me.

In this universe, Tifa retained her memories and love of Cloud.

The reverse is not wholly true.

Cloud is physically attracted to Ashe.

It remains to be seen how this will end.

Are you ready for a calamitous but still obvious secret, everyone?

Cloud can be redeemed. My headcanon is he entered the world of Asteros immediately after finishing the last Dissidia cycle, but the conflicting timelines caused him to develop much like the Chaos!Cloud from Duodecim. It would take a great act to do so, but Cloud can become the hero he knew he used to be. Now, if someone were to repress all those memories from the Planet, that would be a different story.
