OKAY so it occurred to me that solo cups are like maybe about 5 inches tall right? i was looking stuff up to try and figure out toon heights, and came across some math that might give us a decent way to measure the toons. There was a post about basing it on the height of the trucks from the Dandys World wiki, and a Reddit post basing it on the solo cup on Scrap’s tail.
The reddit post felt a bit more easy to navigate, and also gave me a more feesable and accurate way to find their heights, seeing as the toons are so small compared to the vans.
I only measured to what can be considered the tops of their heads.
According to this website, and the top results of google, the American Solo cup is roughly 4.6-4.75in tall. It’s been a while since I’ve done math, so bear with me.
Since the toons wont perfectly align to the Solo cups, well take the percent from the height of the cut-off solo cup and add it at the end.
EX: 4.75 solo cups -> .75 x 4.6 \(\approx \) 3.45 -> 4.6in x 4 (+3.45in) -> Height = 21.85in/1’9.5”
(I only did this for a few examples, since I don’t have the hardware or ability to access them in any sort of 3d space. (like blender) The screenshots are to the best of my abilities). Using this method, I’ve managed to earn similar results to the reddit post mentioned above. I’m no math wiz, but this was a fun sidequest I did.
