Do you think counting calories work? I downloaded MyFitnessPal, but I am not sure about it... Thankyou :)

It is whatever works for you. Counting calories makes me starve myself. But I think it is good to be aware of what you eat but maybe not add them up? Try it and see how it goes for you.
