Chloe had a good home life. She watched Amanda the adventurer, but she stopped watching it because she heard about the disappearances. Plus, she forgot about it anyways.
Youāre probably thinking; āNia, if sheās a normal person then HOW did she get stuck in this Hameln situation?ā
Ahem.
You see, when Chloe (accidentally put Lindsay) was 3, her parents actually stopped by the library. They met Joanne, Kate, Sam. Chloe met Jordan at one point and they were kind of close. She also met Rebecca, and they were very close as well. Too bad she couldnāt see them after their disappearances. One day, her parents found a tape from the show, and.. kept it for some reason. That night, Chloe woke up to loud screams and she went to go check it out. When she got up to the attic, her parents were dead. Their bodies were covered in blood, and the tape was gone. Their small tv was now all static-y, even though it hasnāt worked since the 80s. Couldnāt sleep last night. Would you? Ever since, sheās been acting normal, but sheās really undercover. Or something like that.
Her older brother, Caleb, started taking care of her at the ripe age of 19. Yes, I said ripe. Heās a pretty.. exhausted guy. I mean, heās in college, living in an apartment, has to take care of his now-11-year-old sister, give the guy a break. Itās a good thing heās a genuinely nice person. He tries his best, you know? Chloe doesnāt give him any problems, she has problems herself, as you can see. He has a job, you know. He works at the libraryā¦.
Caleb and Chloe sat down on the couch and watched the news, to find out that there were more disappearances. She knew something was wrong. And plus, to add on to everything, they also found out that Sam Colton was STILL missing. This isnāt a coincidence, they know it. Caleb went to sleep. However, Chloe is still holding onto that trauma her parents being killed. She still remembers the claw marks. They were almost the size of a bear, but too big to be a bear. Something.. bigger than that. Somethingā¦ā¦ inhuman. So, as a final result, she went to the library, only for the place to be empty and dark. When she went inside, she was met with the smell of a.. dead body? She covered her nose and went to the back, to see body parts everywhere. A woman. Joanne. Skin teared, blood stained walls, ectā¦. Chloe was horrified by the sight. But letās be honest, itās the same thing all over again. And itās the claw marks again! Itās not like she had time for all that, though.
