First YogaYou post
So I did fifteen minutes of yoga today and it wasn't too bad. I did one five minute youtube video of arm work, which was killer and a ten minute ab video, which also seemed to wear me out a little bit. I plan on seriously attempting to get into this whole yoga thing and I think I want to build up to an hour a day by starting with fifteen and then increasing from there since I haven't done yoga in a long time.
