I had a decent day of eating today. I was happy with my dinner especially :) I tried quinoa for the FIRST TIME and loved it.
I just finished about 30 minutes of stretching and yoga and I think I'm getting more flexible. :) My back harbors a lot of tension (I have scoliosis) and I've been trying to stretch every day to alleviate some of that pain, and even though that hasn't seen much improvement, I'm definitely seeing that the rest of my body is more flexible :b
Just did this and am now so relaxed and ready for bed. Goodnight guys

How much more synchronized could life be?? Today was my first day re-incorporating yoga into my workout routine and I just came across the YogaYou challenge!! I first started doing yoga 4 years ago. I took for a credit in college and just fell in love with it!! There's no better way to start your morning..than with tea and some yoga. Anywho, I did 20 minutes of yoga and stretching after my cardio and strength training. More tomorrow! Love, Cass

I finally got in a run today! It was pretty awesome. I got my boyfriend to come along :). After my run he left and I snacked then did some relaxed stretch focused yoga and then some strength building yoga! In total (if you include the time I took to sit and stretch and relax before hand) I spent about an hour doing yoga and it was awesome! :3 Namaste :b
Second yogayou post
I did a yoga legs video today and it went pretty well. It was fifteen minutes and hosted by a man wearing pink spandex shorts who was super encouraging. I'm still hella sore from the abs video so much so that I haven't worked my abs for the past two days. I forgot how intense yoga can be. Also I need to get a new laptop since I was almost done with the video and then bam the stupid thing shut itself off since it overheated. Oh well this is what happens when you have a laptop from five years ago.

Did some yoga for the first time in like a year, for about 30 minutes. I forgot how relaxing yoga is. I'm pretty new to healthy living, but so far it is making me feel great. I love having a goal to reach.
First YogaYou post
So I did fifteen minutes of yoga today and it wasn't too bad. I did one five minute youtube video of arm work, which was killer and a ten minute ab video, which also seemed to wear me out a little bit. I plan on seriously attempting to get into this whole yoga thing and I think I want to build up to an hour a day by starting with fifteen and then increasing from there since I haven't done yoga in a long time.
