Random Acts means a lot to me because I know I wouldn't be where I am today, or who I am today, without the kindness of friends and even strangers. From small things to big things, every act of kindness I've received has had a tremendous impact on my life and I want to help Random Acts make that difference in someone else's life. So on Sunday 3 November, I'm going to practice karate until my arms drop off and my legs turn to jelly. But for real: I'm going to attempt to perform 13 different kata (forms), 50 times each, full-speed, non-stop until the gym closes*. That's a total of 650 kata!
