Summary:
The Party, an armed volunteer unit of Hawkins, locates the source of many troubling events that have been plaguing the town lately: it's the Hawkins lab, a DOE-run facility on the outskirts. With their recent addition of Eleven, a girl that escaped the lab and reported human experiments conducted there, the Party sets out to infiltrate and shut down the facility. A chaotic chain of events caused by creatures escaping the lab, El gets separated from the Party and ends up on a broken train passing the town, accompanied by Billy Hargrove, a convict sentenced to death that was being transported into the lab. Together they have to fight through the infested train and lab and uncover who's behind the experiments, putting an end to the horrors plaguing the town and their personal lives.
