How Hurricane Beryl Created a Heat Wave for the Entire Continent

The news reports have said that it's strengthening as is hits Texas, which tells me they're using Houston's massive weather weaponry system, the countless cell towers across the city which have not been gifted. Normally hurricanes weaken over land. If they suddenly turn off hundreds of DOR sources, they can create an OR rush, and all storms are the result of an OR shift. If the towers were gifted in Houston and around the many other cities of Texas, they would always be neutralized, so turning them off suddenly wouldn't be an option anymore.
To create the hurricane so huge it affected the weather of the entire continent, they may have used the thousands of ungifted towers across the US southeast, one of the less gifted parts of the country, where there has been no urban gifting.
The hurricane pushed backwards against the west to east jet stream and caused an unprecedented heat wave. They can no longer use the arrays in the west to do it since they've been neutralized, so they are using new methods to create artificial heat. A backwards jet stream, as we know, is an OR shift, and so are all storms. They are using OR as a weapon, but that would never be possible without high DOR to begin with, and a sudden release.
On July 4, we could see a ridge across the country, as the normal jet stream was blocked. Two days later, we see it breaking down.
From July 7-8, the jet stream corrected and we see the blockage breaking down further, as the storm moved up through Texas.
As of this evening, things are starting to look normal again, so we are going to see the end of the heat wave hopefully soon, as the jet stream returns to a normal west to east flow.
Over California today, there was a smug alert in the Bay Area, so we are lagging a little on recovering from this event of weather warfare. The Bay Area is a trouble spot for California, although it has been thoroughly gridded with orgonite, including all of Oakland, Berkeley, Silicon Valley, and most of San Francisco proper. This has to do with the human element of DOR generation.
The AI presidential candidate on the left, which the Bay Area is to the extreme, glitched out majorly and lost against the AI candidate from the right in the debate the other night. They may need to create a new clone! This poor performance of their leader may have something to do with the negativity blocking our jet stream, although it doesn't take much to generate negativity in that region. Soon the orgonite will prevail there too and we will return to normal summer temperatures.
