How do I stop call back programming?
If you have someone who can support you contact them. Without a support person present that makes it extremely difficult as there is no one to assist if something happens.
My advice is try to lay low. Turn off your cell phone and any electronic that can be used to contact you. Let your online friends know when you’ll be offline and when you plan on being back on.
Don’t answer your door. Hide your car keys if you have a car. If you have a bus pass hide that.
If you have inside communication try to ask protectors and other helpers for support.
Set up a “safe area” for littles to retreat to. In that space put the things they find soothing and activities they like.
It’s okay to go underground for a day or two. Just be sure to let those you trust know so they know the reason your silent and be sure to let them know you’re back on the agreed time.
Call back programming can be difficult to circumvent. When it comes to our phone we’ve changed the lock code a few times, block the numbers who call that are outside of our area code, and we’ll screenshot texts and send them to a friend who can help us out later with the trigger.
There are alters that will try to respond to the callback. One thing we try and do is find out who the alter is and where they are inside. Once this is done we try and work with them to not respond to the callback.
Seasonal callbacks where the callback is internal and based on the time of year you would make plans to keep the body and everyone safe.
