Adecco is currently hiring for Call Centre Representative - Claims Administrator in Toronto . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year experience in similar position, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications, strong communication skills both oral and written and strong ability to work independently. This Registration Specialist role is a 6-month contract with the possibility to be extended and has a pay rate of $16.50 per hour plus four percent vacation pay.Scope of the Position
The Call Center Representative - Claims Administrator assists the campaign team by receiving all incoming mail items and scanning items at point of entry. The specialist will also receive and review Appeals, Objections and Opt Outs and report according to specifications provided by RicePoint. Additionally, the Specialist will administer the ATAC process for Quebec dealerships and complete the appropriate reconciliation. The specialist will also facilitate all aspects of the registration process and safekeeping process until the registration is required to be pulled and sent to auction, Volkswagen, dealerships or the appropriate salvage yards.
Call Centre Representative Major Responsibilities
Receive incoming FedEx packages from dealership.
Scan and classify items in Computershare�s proprietary system (workflow).
Review closing packages and validate all items are properly executed i.e. Power of attorney, Odometer Disclosure, Registration, etc.
Validate Fair Market Value and compliance with the settlement agreement.
Validate registration is properly transferred in the name of VGCA or VCCI.
� Ensure closing package is received for each item where an appointment has been closed.
� Maintain accurate records of received registrations and the status of the registrations.
� Pull and ship registrations for FROR, Auction, Destruction / Scrap. While maintaining accurate tracking numbers for proof of mailing.
� Administer ATAC process for QC dealers.
� Follow up with dealers on deficient packages and packages not received.
� Work closely with call centre, VGCA, dealerships and Concentrix.
� Scan all incoming mail, including appeals, Opt outs/ objections and paper claims.
� Progress paper claims and upload documentation as required.
Education & Training
� High school degree required
� Strong knowledge of standard office PC applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office suite)
� Post-secondary studies an asset
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar position
Class action knowledge, an asset
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent communication skills
Strong administrative skills
Strong attention to detail
Working Conditions
The environment is generally comfortable with exposure to normal levels of elements such as dust with minor fluctuations in heating or ventilation.
There is minimal risk of injury to the incumbent
No requirement to travel
Must be available to work between 8:00 AM EST and 9:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
