All ghosts get antlers, and a ghost’s antlers grow depending on their power/strength.

AU where c!Sam fucks up and somehow kills c!Ranboo before c!Techno shows up to break c!Dream out of prison. Knowing he doesn’t have a bargaining chip left (other than Michael), Sam decides to flee with Dream and Michael. Maybe he has a secret back up back up base, or maybe he just brings tools and materials and plans to get far enough away and then rebuild.

The results of this are:

Ranboo is dead, most people are pissed off about that, and the only person who can bring Ranboo back is MIA. Manhunt time?

Nobody is really clear on if Dream escaped and Sam fled from him, or if Sam took Dream and fled. Most of the server leans towards the former, while the Syndicate + Tubbo believes the latter mostly based on Ghostboo’s faint recollections and the fact Michael is also missing.

Sam is able to somewhat restrain Dream (and the other is quite weak due to the whole months of starvation and torture), but doesn’t have complete control over him like prison. Leading to a lot of Sam being anxious about his lack of control and lashing out at Dream who still has about no power in this situation.

Since Sam has very limited resources, and his treatment of other people when they’re in the way of his control is bad, Dream is practically in charge of taking care of Michael.

Dream isn’t happy about this, or particularly good with children, but if Michael is upset then Sam takes it out on Dream, so he doesn’t have much choice.

So now Dream has to figure out how to take care of a toddler. Great. Wonderful. Also he has very limited supplies for taking care of a toddler, a bad environment for taking care of a toddler, and is facing constant abuse from a man who also does not know how to take care of a toddler.

Dream 100% gets attached to the kid.
