Some new characters that were given to me by @littlechaoticwitch a couple months ago to use for my verse, that I finally got around to finishing their official refs for~ :3 I had a lot of fun working on these guys, and I hope you all enjoy them too~ ^w^

For their looks I was given free range to design them however I wanted, and while initially I did think about making their designs parallel their powers, I thought it would be better to go away from that route when designing them and I quite like how they turned out. For Callum(the one on the left), I gave him a light cocoa brown color for his hair and kept it pretty short except for the curls swept to the side, dark brown slanted/narrow eyes, tan skin, tall and fairly fit/well-built from all the fighting he's done, and a casual punk style. For Alana(the one on the right), I gave her side-parted long black hair with two shoulder-length bangs, slim gray eyes, light brown skin, slightly taller than average height(she's supposed to be as tall as Callum's shoulders) with a slim figure, and a modest, preppy style. I might change Alana's outfit details a bit in the future, but for the most part I'd say I'm satisfied with how they look and I hope you guys like how they look too, since these were among the first of my ideas for them design-wise as it was like instant-inspiration for me lol But anyways, onto the actual bios~ While at first glance they seem like total opposites who would not get along, Callum and Alana are actually best friends who have a lot in common. Callum is a rebellious and bitter delinquent who is generally feared by his peers, due to his reputation of getting into many fights, but deep down is a bit of a lost soul who acts out to protect his issues with his self-esteem. Alana on the other hand, is that type of goody-two-shoes student who is always on-top of her studies and making sure she maintains her straight-A status, making her quite popular among her peers for her honest and hard-working attitude, and the generally cool demeanor in which she presents herself even if she is deeply stressed and anxious inside. Both have powers that make them struggle with how they see themselves, Callum having the power over healing and fortune and Alana having the power over bad luck and curses, respectively. Both have fought to be more than their powers and how others see them, which is what brought them to be closer as friends as the two can heavily relate to the other's problems. Both are currently attending Poltervale University, not originally from the area but the aura of the city is what drew them in, prompting them to reside there and act on their roles as guardians for those who they feel may need their help~
