Hey! Hungarians, what do you think about Callum Styles? I see he's not often talked about, nobody's pride and joy really (seeing as he's English I suppose? And he gets overlooked because of that?) but yeah how do we feel? IMO he's kinda a cutie tehe

Agree, he is not talked about enough, as you have mentioned probably due to the fact that he is English and doesn't speak hungarian + he hasn't been in the NT for that long, but I can comfortably say he is still very much loved and appreciated!

I always try to stay up to date with the nt news, and I follow a lot of content covering them, and reading through the comments, I assure you, other than the occasional few, always bitter weirdos, Styles is liked a lot by the fans. He is seen as a welcome addition to the squad and everyone thinks that he deserves to play for a way better team than he does now, as he is talented.

The main traits he is praised for in the nt is the hard work and passion he puts into every game, how he fights for the team and the badge. In the hungarian football culture the bond and closeness between fans and players is very crucial, to be able to confront and celebrate with each other, communicate, so yeah, the fact he doesn't speak hungarian might seem a set-back, but he has stated multiple times that he wants to and is working on learning hungarian. He probably will never be able to hold an interview in the language, but even the dedication he shows stole people's hearts I would say!

Just a few days ago, an article came out on NSO (the biggest hungarian sport organum), you can read it here using Google Translate if you are interested. I checked the comments and there were only positive vibes (which is a big thing, because that site sometimes has the nastiest people, hating on Dominik and every other nt player lol).

He even has his own hungarian-esque nickname: Stílus Kálmán lol (the mirror translation of his name), so I think it shows that even if limited due to language barrier, he has a good relationship with the fans!
