I need your help

Ok so my parents are divorced and have been since I was 4 years old. My mom and I really don’t get along and I could tell you so many stories were she puts not only me but so many other people down. I have come to the decision that I don’t want to live with her so I called her on the phone and told her that I was going to stay with my dad this week and then have a conversation with her at the end of the week about all of my reasons why I don’t want to live with her and so we could figure out all of the court stuff. I knew she would be angry but she really freaked out and told me she would call the cops if I tried to stay at my dad’s house this week because it violate her contract with my dad. She thinks I’m not allowed to make this decision on my own and she thinks I’m selfish because I’m not thinking about how the entire family will feel. But this is something I’ve been thinking about this for almost a year and I don’t know what to do because my mom is going to sue me and won’t let me live with my dad. If anyone has any advice for me please message me because I’m at a loss right now
