Finally i made this one connected movement! One of the good things when you get 3 days of holiday in a row might be training yoga with no worries 😉. This one movement is composed of 3poses- camel on hips, camel on pray, camel drop-back. I always couldn't make it whenever i tried to camel drop-back cause i was so afraid to fall. Every time. But today, when i was not rushing at all to go to bed to wake up early the next morning, and when i got up the nerve to see how's it going, finally i managed to finish the pose! Keeping practicing is the only way to strengthen the muscles, always. Today i just wanted to write down how i felt so that i keep going on.
