“The baby just kicked me.”Fancy sounds equal parts offended and awed, and Cam can’t help but chuckle as he turns his head to look over at her, his eyes wide with wonder.“Well,” he says, watching as Fancy touches her stomach gently, “I guess we know who they’re going to take after, then.”She reaches out with one hand, shoving his arm lightly, and mutters, “Jerk.”Cam chuckles again, his smile soft as he watches his girlfriend resume stroking her baby bump. “It’s not a bad thing,” he defends quietly, and they both already knew that, but he has to say it anyway. If their baby is even half the person their mother is, Cam knows they won’t have to worry (of course, he also knows that they still will).Smiling, Fancy reaches out to take Cam’s hand into her own, giving it a small squeeze before she guides it over to rest on her stomach. “Keep talking,” she breathes, “I think they like the sound of your voice.”

she's seen prettier~ cam grew up okay there's still bad things happening people can be nice and in love and still do bad things. his goal is protect his family always~ baby badger grew up and got some claws. :P

004. Late - Fancy

She doesn’t notice she’s late until two months go by and Fancy realizes she hasn’t had her period at all. There’s always too much else going on to count the days, and she’s never really been great at keeping track, anyway. She freaks out when she realizes it; thinks about the party she went to three weeks ago where she drank herself under the table, and thinks about how she’s been taking unnecessary risks in duelling club, trying to show up all the smug Slytherins. She drops to her knees in the shower, the contents of her stomach pushing their way up and out of her mouth as she realizes why she’s started putting on weight, why she’s been so hungry. There are tears mixing with the shower-water on her face as she heaves, one hand resting delicately on her stomach. The one comfort sitting in the back of her mind is that the father can only be Cam, the only person she’d ever even want to have a family with, but even that knowledge can’t settle her nerves entirely. He’s going to hate her.

fancyyyy <3 cam was like, super pale the entire time she was in labour, and probably almost got her wet when he tried to give her some water/ice bc his hands were shaking sooo much

065. Scream - Fancy

Fancy always knew she could be loud, but she still feels bad for Cam and the Healers when she goes into labour. By the time it’s over, her throat is raw from screaming and she knows she must look a mess with her hair matted to her forehead and a sheen of sweat on her skin, but she doesn’t have it in her to care about anything besides Cam’s hand in hers and the baby cradled in her other arm.

lol he doesn't do confrontations well so he tries to avoid them most of the time. That's how it goes tho, immediately getting out of fancy's way and giving her eyes like plz don't do the thing
