What she did need to worry about, instead, was picking up where Harvey left off. Given that their father was an employee of the Department of Intoxicating Substances, the Weasley children more than knew their way around the block when it came to evading the Ministry's liquor laws, and Jeff had been the first to use this knowledge to the advantage of himself and his peers. As the only sibling left at Hogwarts, it would be up to Fancy to assist her fellow students with sneaking their booze into the school - after all, what good would a party be without alcohol?

Does your character obey laws?

Sure, if they’re reasonable. Which a surprising lot of them aren’t.

What would your character give up to help someone else?

I mean, that depends on who the someone else is, doesn’t it? She’d give up just about anything for her family and her closest friends, but she’s not really the selfless sort by nature, so she’s not exactly going to give up the clothes off her back for just anyone.

Do they believe there are instances when killing another person is permissible?

Yes, but it has to be a very compelling reason. Self defense, to protect someone, for survival, or to eliminate a legitimate (i.e., not merely “perceived”) threat that can’t be neutralized any other way (that is, she is 100% not against letting the Aurors use lethal force to eliminate Death Eaters, although she does think it should be done as quickly and humanely as possible).

“The baby just kicked me.”Fancy sounds equal parts offended and awed, and Cam can’t help but chuckle as he turns his head to look over at her, his eyes wide with wonder.“Well,” he says, watching as Fancy touches her stomach gently, “I guess we know who they’re going to take after, then.”She reaches out with one hand, shoving his arm lightly, and mutters, “Jerk.”Cam chuckles again, his smile soft as he watches his girlfriend resume stroking her baby bump. “It’s not a bad thing,” he defends quietly, and they both already knew that, but he has to say it anyway. If their baby is even half the person their mother is, Cam knows they won’t have to worry (of course, he also knows that they still will).Smiling, Fancy reaches out to take Cam’s hand into her own, giving it a small squeeze before she guides it over to rest on her stomach. “Keep talking,” she breathes, “I think they like the sound of your voice.”

004. Late - Fancy

She doesn’t notice she’s late until two months go by and Fancy realizes she hasn’t had her period at all. There’s always too much else going on to count the days, and she’s never really been great at keeping track, anyway. She freaks out when she realizes it; thinks about the party she went to three weeks ago where she drank herself under the table, and thinks about how she’s been taking unnecessary risks in duelling club, trying to show up all the smug Slytherins. She drops to her knees in the shower, the contents of her stomach pushing their way up and out of her mouth as she realizes why she’s started putting on weight, why she’s been so hungry. There are tears mixing with the shower-water on her face as she heaves, one hand resting delicately on her stomach. The one comfort sitting in the back of her mind is that the father can only be Cam, the only person she’d ever even want to have a family with, but even that knowledge can’t settle her nerves entirely. He’s going to hate her.

fancyyyy <3 cam was like, super pale the entire time she was in labour, and probably almost got her wet when he tried to give her some water/ice bc his hands were shaking sooo much
