cami doesn’t have any sort of crazy mary sue ass trauma, she had a bad bio family, got adopted and moved to south park in middle school, she was the quiet kid, for a LONG time, until she became friends with wendy and red, eventually bebe “picked her up” and became one of her best friends, cami got to experiment with herself and her style as bebe brought her out of her shell, she dyed her hair, pierced her septum, played with makeup and clothes etc. She just has a lot of unresolved issues that she doesn’t want to address cause it makes her feel like a bad person. She has attachment and jealousy issues, a terrifying fear of being abandoned. And she will shut down like crazy if something gets so bad, she’s in her room for days and doesn’t talk to anyone. She does eventually get better when she’s able to finally address her issues and grow from that. I’m unpacking this more in the comic hehe. but for now she gets a gold star

ok i decided to dip my toes into digital art and MY FINGERS ARE DEAD 😭😭 it’s taking all my willpower not to scrap the whole project cs i’m trying to get a fully rendered ver of my oc laura but im tweaking outtt 💔 how do u do it girl
digital art is kind of hard to get into at first but once you get it it’s super easy and fun i promise. I wouldn’t try doing a piece right away, experiment and play around with different brushes and what suits you best, references and rendering tutorials are life savers, and just take it easy, it’s a learning process but it gets easier 🙏

no you’re not crazy lmfao she did get a redesign. it was very gradual but she’s always been more alternative, i just turned it up with her redesign. i added the raccoon tails in her hair in like October lol. never thought i would see improvement in my art but holy shit i see it. anyways you’re not crazy i think we all are
