I'm having top surgery on the 1st of October!

Obviously this is amazing news but it doesn't give me very long to prepare?? I'm broke as all hell and only having a month to save is going to be awful. I'm on a knife edge financially and my expenses are going to go up in the run up to my surgery & after.
