Camilla went from never feeling like she could fit in anywhere, to suddenly having many homes

First there was the home she found in her sister. It was what kept her crawling back to that environment for so long. She didn’t need to hide with Chrissy, and she never felt endangered. No matter what anyone else thought at least her sister would understand her

Then there’s the science lab. The place of many firsts and achievements. Most of her free time spent working on hypotheses and experiments while Ginny would keep her company, sat at the edge of the desk a safe distance from whatever Cam was up to while she worked on English homework or whatever she had to do.

Speaking of Munson’s, she hadn’t expected the dingy little trailer to ever become much of a comfort to her. But one night of refuge and she began to make her mark in little ways. Wayne being sure to save an extra plate of leftovers, a green scrunchy on the bedside table, another toothbrush in the bathroom, the scent of smoke in the bedroom

Which leads Cam to her final home, and her final resting place. The arms of Eddie Munson.

My favourite thing about Cam’s development is once she starts rebelling and wearing her hair with her natural curls they sort of make her look younger and it’s like she’s reclaiming some of her childhood back
