Every now and then, you get to look back at the work you’ve done and think, yes, that made a real difference. For me, that moment comes when I see a campaign succeed because the research behind it was strong, clear, and grounded in reality. It’s not always glamorous—market research is often hours of interviews, data cleaning, and more spreadsheets than anyone should ever see in a lifetime. But when you see the results play out in the real world, there’s nothing quite like it.
At Random Dynamic Resources Ltd, operating from Nigeria & Canada, we’ve been part of campaigns that didn’t just meet targets—they redefined them. Sometimes the wins are loud and public, sometimes they’re quieter, more strategic shifts that only a few people notice at first. Both matter.
Research That Shapes the Narrative
One memorable example came from the retail sector. A client was preparing to launch a product line they thought their audience wanted.
