Made roasted chicken. This is a lazy recipe that I just simply #campakcampak. Frozen chicken. Popped it straight into the oven. Smothered it with Japanese soy sauce, sushi vinegar, salt, coarse black peppercorns, chopped carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, palm oil, and garlic. After i popped it into the oven, when it's hot enough, baste the chicken with its own fats and oil. Make some deep cuts to make sure that the chicken will slowly cook while you baste it. Crisp the skin...
