day 1!

howdy campers! it’s day 1 and today’s going to be a bit simple. as per usual it’s going to be getting to know each other, all that stuff, the usual “get to know each other hi, my name is [dan], nice to meet you” type of stuff. in your group chats, you can introduce yourselves or get to know each other however you want. from “name/pronouns/tumblr handle” to “two truths and one lie”.

 the only activity we ask you do is that you have everyone(or almost everyone) write a bit about themselves, add a picture of them(or something that makes them happy). put it all together and submit it to us! we’d all love to get to know each other more. (if there are any problems don’t hesitate to dm any of the admins or me @dan-and-a-shibe). we hope you guys have fun and get along! - the admins

day 2!(im going to soon regret writing in big paragraphs)

hey kids hey kids can you rock and roll? tell me!(20 points to gryffindor if you get that reference) it’s day 2, hope we didn’t bore you already. no i mean to make bored, not to give birth. anyways, it’s playlist adventure day! we’d like you guys to make a playlist of some sort that represents dan and phils journey through life. all the different years and eras, their relationships, what sums up dan and phil.(but dan and phil are basically everything. everything sums them up) okay, so you can use any platform, youtube, amazon music, spotify, soundcloud, anything. so this isn’t exactly a competition, but the admins will be choosing our top 3. which DOESN’T MEAN that the others aren't valid. ALL ARE VALID WE LOVE YOU AND ACCEPT YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE. maybe we’re choosing top 3 for awards at the end of the week. you’ll never know. okay kids, and people older than me; have fun. - the admins

so as you may know, this camp is being shut down. i know that you may be upset, but it was milo who came up with the idea first. please don't send hate to them or to any of the camp blogs. i hope you understand their reasoning. if you want an example, here's one: you love going to this one amusement park. however, you only go once or twice a year so you make it special. one year you go at least once a month. it gets boring. it's not as special anymore. that's how i interpret it. so i hope we don't go by the "rude american" stereotype and send then hate. please just be nice.

day 5 schedule

sup crash queens and motorbabies(20 points to hufflepuff if you get that reference, actually tell me? did you guys get the other reference? this one?) so anyways, as promised we will be having a nice, relaxing day where we play games and watch rabbit. you don’t have to participate in any of them, just some time for y’all to relax after that intense scavenger hunt. so we have a schedule and we’ll be posting links to them on here when they come up. all times are in est.

hey everyone, it’s me, ash. i know im writing this a bit late, but i’ve been kinda busy. i’d really like to thank everyone, campers, admins, random people who may have come across this blog, for making this happen. this was a really great experience. this was kinda a makeup or a redo for @campdnp. not saying that the og cmp sucks. it was way better than this. anyways, to get my point across, this was a redo like america was. it started out pretty okay. then the pez tent attacked(not shading you, love you guys). okay so that’s pretty much it. we had our ups and downs and i really did enjoy this. thanks everyone. - asj

a single faq

is this just for americans?

no. i came up with the idea of doing this cause when i was at @campdnp i had classes and stuff. as well as that, it was prime doing stuff time(like vacations and stuff) so some people weren't available. basically, this is a makeup camp for people who may have missed it or want to do it again.
