true story: I wanted to watch WK SO INCREDIBLY BAD, but never could because my only source of anime was shitty fansub recordings rented out by the local anime shop, and they didn’t have it. Maybe I should work on that..

Ahhh yes you should but I will warn you. The original series not exactly what I would call 'good anime.' The production quality is terrible and it's rife with soap opera plot twists. I say this with absolutely all of my eternal love.

The upshot is that Weiss Kreuz is more than just the original series. There's a crapton of drama cds, a sequel series (Gluhen) that is much prettier and well constructed and a continuation manga called Side B--and then my two personal favorite pieces of canon, the Verbrechen and Strafe OVAs and the artbook/manga twoshot An Assassin and White Shaman.

(And then there's another downside in which the extended canon is inconsistent and self-contradictory but if you love it you just learn to deal with it.)

You're stuck in this storm too? I'm in SC, we've gotten 3-4 inches of sleet and now all that is icing over (thanks, freezing rain). Two days off work and counting, now. We don't have bread/milk but we do have steak, so I guess we're good.

yeah i'm here in nc (my parents live in sc tho!) and they've only JUST cancelled my classes for tomorrow. :| but yeah we got about five or more inches of nice powder snow and now it's sleet and freezing over.

Classification: Dinosauria, Saurischia, Eusaurischia, Theropoda, Neotheropoda, Coelophysoidea, Halticosauridae, Halticosaurinae 

Halticosaurus was another Coelophysoid from the late Triassic period, around 208 million years ago in the Norian stage. It was found in the Middle Stubensandstein formation of present day Germany. Though similar to Liliensternus, there are differences between the two in the head and the leg bones. Not much is known about it, due to scattered fossil material. It was frequently mixed up with many other Coelophysoid species from the area, such as Lophostropheus and Liliensternus. It was, however, a lightly built theropod dinosaur that lived with the aforementioned Coelophysoids, early sauropodomorphs, and pterosaurs.
