stupid canada... I feel like he is a very two-faced person (hes quiet and shy, polite infront of people but inwardly he is judging them extremely hard) he might shit talk to his very close friends idk... maybe has just as much of a superiority complex as america except he doesn't show it

the reason england harmed his eye and canadas eye is so he could debilitate them and make them weaker and a burden to take care of (unable to fight) aswell as a warning to anyone else who tries tgo rebel against them. (ex, sending the enemys soldiers back partially blind or mutilated, so they die back home, or in this case, become a burden and are now rendered "useless" in a fight) however, this caused canada and america to become more codependent on one another, since england left another eye open, hence they needed eachother for a complete line of vision.
