I’m just telling you!!” He laughs again, stroking your hair. “Seems to me like worry, you no want to relax?” You scoff, looking out the window. “I am relaxed!!” He smiles a little menacingly, before speaking again. “Nyet, relaxed means shut lips and snuggle..” You muster a grumble before quieting down and burying your face into his shoulder. “You’ll keep me warm during Siberian winters, Da sunflower?” A stupidly warm smile appears on your face. “Yes I will.”
- He grins before tilting his head. “I’d like to hear that answer when I ask you to marry me, yes?” You blush stuttering before!- “I-I will, stop it!! You’re embarrassing me!” He chuckles, pressing a kiss to your temple. “Embarrassing you in front of who? It is only me..” You sigh, kissing his chubby cheek. “Well.. it’s embarrassing because now I know the surprise..” He glances down, frowning slightly. “I do not like surprises, you are aware of that котёнок.”
- You sigh again, before pressing an attack kiss onto his lips, he lets out a “mmph!” out of shock, before melting into it. You pull away, a string of saliva between you. “H-how’s that for a surprise?” You say panting but smugly. He just grins, pressing a soft kiss on the tip of your nose. “It was nice one. That surprise I like.” You squirm, finally rooting yourself in the perfect comfy position, as you drift off, you hear one last murmur.

I think Alfred is a world champion Ignorer of people he's mad at. I think the 'cut off his family via violent armed rebellion and stayed mad for the next century and change' 'I ❤️ isolation' 'favorite punitive diplomatic tool is sanctions' guy loves cutting people off because he considers any form of relationship with him to be a genuine privilege. if you upset him, he will revoke your Time With Alfred privileges and then you'll be sorry! it's your loss, not his!
it's all very passive aggressive and petty but he really does lowkey enjoy it. he'll still interact with people in a professional/business setting, and he'll be very professional about it. in fact he will be nothing but professional about it even if they try being friendly and it will be awkward for everyone.
at this point Arthur is, perhaps bizarrely, one of the few people immune to this treatment because he has put in an absurd amount of work to prevent it (mind you it took nearly a century and a half though). Matthew meanwhile gets it the most often and every other decade or so will realize he just hasn't seen or heard from Alfred in over a year or so.

If you take Heta too seriously, you can think that Humans wouldn't let strange immortal anomalies to be free, but they definitely are (they aren't even a secret, at least not in current day?). Hetalia's world is crazier, whimsier, and probably somewhat gentler... Sometimes (someone had to stop a tank with his body). Well, I think that potential harm from humans is balanced with humans caring for them, or at the very least ignoring them, leaving them alone. Here is something else that could protect heta-people from harm (that's neither superstition, because I mean, hurting your country that's also probably a tuteraly deity would probably bring misfortune, nor the public wanting to know them as celebrities so they can't be away for too long w/o people asking about them): they are simply too dangerous. Too strong, or too clever; too magical, too crazy. Or more than one.
Maybe Canada being ok and then slowly but surely becoming yandere as time goes on🤔

as much as he would love to just manhandle tf out of his partner, he allows them to adjust themselves onto him as they need to. it's their first time , and he doesn't want to be overbearing in any way. the most he does is stroke their hair, caress their face and plant a few kisses on their nose, forehead, and cheeks. if they're feeling insecure about how they look or about what noises they make, if any, he'll just tell them to let it all out.
