I've learned that I, all of us, have much more potential than I originally gave myself credit. Changes won't happen over night. But enjoy the process, put in the positive effort and change will happen! I've also learned that I can be much more of a positive influence to other around me, through coaching and supporting/ encouraging. Making people believe in themselves is a huge force!
