Another Garage Workout
Its 40ish degrees out. Hence why the door is closed. This workout was a variation of an old workout that my coach made me do a lil over a year ago.
12 cal assault bike
7 deadlifts at 275lbs.
1 minute rest.
7 Rounds. Shoot for under a minute each round.
Deadlifts are one of my specialties, so 275 isn’t hard for me. It’s like my 50% but if you want to do this, do it at 70% of your max. That’s about the average. This was something to help condition yourself in training. Just trying to hold myself accountable. Stay safe guys
