[Second Pic is the finished dish] One of my kids’ favorite dishes is Sheet Pan Korean Chicken (although it works with beef, fish & tofu) - https://dinnerthendessert.com/sheet-pan-korean-chicken-and-vegetables/ I usually triple or quadruple the sauce recipe and add sesame seeds. The seeds show up in the photo for the chicken but not in the recipe itself. 🧐😅. A friend suggested adding roasted peanuts as well, which give it a slightly different flavor. I crushed up the peanuts first because I didn’t have many. This is one of the few recipes I’ve found where the veggies get eaten as fast as the meat!
